Welcome to the 34^th edition of INDEF BUZZ! This month’s edition, themed “Built by Many, Moved by Excellence,” is a heartfelt tribute to the teams behind our crane operations. From Supply Chain and Stores to Quality and Operations, we spotlight the unsung heroes whose planning, precision, and teamwork ensure that every crane is built to perfection. Through their stories, we witness how every function contributes to safety, speed, and excellence on the shop floor.

In ABP Speaks, we feature Mr. Manish Biyani, Founder of Shreeram Enterprises, who transformed a 150 sq. ft. start-up into a ₹20 crore enterprise. His journey from zero technical knowledge to becoming a trusted name in material handling showcases the power of persistence, learning, and the strong support system provided by the Bajaj Indef team. Mr. Biyani’s story stands as an inspiration for partners across the country.

This month’s Customer Story highlights our long-standing partnership with TAKRAF India Pvt. Ltd. Senior leaders from procurement and project execution teams share how Indef’s hoists have consistently delivered reliability, performance, and value across their large-scale industrial applications. Their trust in Indef—especially for custom and government projects—is a testament to our product quality and service.

Our Indef Updates section features one of our biggest milestones—successfully building and dispatching a 5T underslung crane in just 21 hours and 18 minutes, well before the 24-hour target. This achievement, driven by cross-functional collaboration and meticulous planning, showcases what’s possible when purpose meets preparation. We also share highlights from our FY 2024–25 performance, which saw continued growth in revenue and profits, reinforcing our market leadership. In addition, we recap Worker Training 2025, which focused on emotional intelligence, team collaboration, and personal growth, along with a four-day Service Team workshop designed to build technical knowledge and customer orientation across functions.
