The tenth edition of our newsletter, “INDEF BUZZ,” highlights our exceptional workforce through a prominent message from our beloved workers. This edition is dedicated to showcasing their remarkable journey, the challenges they have overcome, and the opportunities they have achieved. Through this edition, we aim to emphasize the immense power of labour and celebrate our collective journey as we continue to reach new horizons for our company.

Then, followed by the experience of our beloved customer, Mr. Ramprasad K. from ACS Industries, Inc. He expressed his satisfaction with the seamless operation of our product and the timely response from our service team for the delivery of the product.

Through the ABP Speaks column, our authorized business partner, Mr. Parag Mahajan, from Techno Vijay Engineering Pvt Ltd, shares his remarkable 31-year journey and deep connection with the Indef Family. He talks about how he and his father approached Hercules Hoist Ltd to address the shortage of material handling equipment for their customers, which ultimately led to the establishment of Techno Vijay as a private limited company.

Continuing the “JOURNEY THROUGH TIME” segment, in this edition titled “Some Interesting Customer Interactions in the 1970s,” we delve into the experiences shared by our Founding Director, Shri H. A. Nevatia. This segment sheds light on the diverse aspects of Bajaj Indef’s efforts in cultivating customer trust.

Next the “HHL Updates,” showcase our incredible success story that has unfolded over the past two years, emphasizing Bajaj Indef’s unwavering dedication to excellence and customer-centricity. Additionally, the successful service and operation seminar conducted by us at a prominent tyre manufacturing facility in South India.

This edition’s latest industry trends include HLCA’s go-ahead to Rs 250 billion solar equipment factory, Dalmia Bharat’s Pan-Indian expansion strategy for 2024, Exxonmobil’s INR 900 Cr investment in Maharashtra plant, NHPC ventures with Nepal for 480 mw power project and more.

Summarizing the HHL reads, we present the book summary column that provides insights into Geoffrey A. Moore’s book, “Crossing the Chasm.” This book explores the challenges faced by technology companies when introducing their products to the mainstream market and offers strategies for successfully overcoming them. Concluding our publication, we have the comic column, where Mr. Hercules acknowledges and appreciates the hard work of workers in the occasion of Labour Day.
