Welcome to the 19^th edition of “INDEF BUZZ,” our newsletter! This time around, we’re excited to introduce you to some new faces in different departments of our company. They’ve recently joined us, and we’re eager to share their stories and experiences at Bajaj Indef.

As they start their roles here, they’re bringing in their talents and knowledge, all with a common goal of moving forward and achieving success. Their drive, dreams, and hard work are pushing us closer to our Vision 500.

This edition’s “ABP Speaks” segment features the Founders of Gode Engineering in Nagpur—Mr. Ravindra, Mr. Rajendra, and Mr. Harindra. They share a heartfelt connection with Bajaj Indef, reflecting on their journey with us from the beginning. They express a strong sentiment that severing ties with Indef has never crossed their minds; it’s more than a business partnership—it’s a familial bond.

Gode Engineers have received numerous awards, recognizing their excellence and successful target achievements, in picturesque locations such as Bali and Mussoorie.

Continuing our series of customer spotlights, we showcase the team at Vikran Engineering & Exim Pvt. Ltd. They’ve spoken highly of the exceptional support they received from us during the fulfilment of their Chain Pully Blocks order. Additionally, the positive feedback from their site quality team serves as a testament to our unwavering commitment to delivering products of unparalleled quality.

In our “HHL Updates” section, we present the latest highlights from our organization. Firstly, we shine a light on our heartwarming CSR initiative dedicated to bringing positive change and fostering hope in the lives of those in need. Next, we unveil our new development in material handling: the Bajaj Indef ET U Trolley, designed to work seamlessly with electric chain hoists for efficient movement of heavy loads. Additionally, we introduce the Bajaj Indef P Ultra Short Head Room – Spark Proof Chain Pulley Block, a revolutionary advancement in safety, efficiency, and versatility.

Notable Industry highlights of this edition include Braithwaite & Co Ltd securing a contract worth Rs 180 crore to manufacture 500 BCVM-C type wagons for the railways, Air India and Tata Advanced Systems MoU with the Karnataka government for a ₹2,300 crore investment in the aerospace and defense sectors. Alstom’s delivery of the first domestically manufactured trainset for Meerut Metro is another noteworthy achievement. Moreover, Mr Nadir Godrej, Chairman of Godrej Industries Limited, received the Lifetime Achievement Award from PMFAI for his exceptional contributions to the Indian Agrochemical Industry. Updates from industry leaders such as Confidence Petroleum Limited, NTPC, NALCO, EIRICH Group, and Hero MotoCorp provide valuable insights into their recent activities and accomplishments.
